Position Summary :
ScaleWRX is seeking a skilled Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to oversee the procurement, supply chain, and inventory functions within our production facility in Reno, NV. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong experience in ERP / MRP systems, specifically MRPeasy, to ensure efficient sourcing, ordering, and inventory management. This position is on-site (not a remote position), with potential relocation options for the right candidate. This position will initially report to the Director of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities :
Vendor Communication & Relationship Management
- Liaise with vendors to maintain updated lead times on essential raw materials.
- Actively engage in pricing analysis to identify cost savings and optimization opportunities for new and ongoing procurement projects.
