What will your role be?
In this role, you will conduct client site visits to build trust and understand their needs thoroughly. You’ll analyze specifications and clarify requirements through direct discussions, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Your expertise in the industrial sector will help you select suitable local suppliers and coordinate activities with internal teams for effective logistics management. As a project manager, you'll represent the company’s values while monitoring product usage and gathering client feedback for continuous improvement. Additionally, you'll provide precise cost estimations and inspect tools to maintain compliance and satisfaction.
Activities:
- Gather and review the specifications provided by clients to fully understand their expectations
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and build a trust relationship
- Discuss with clients to clarify and specify their requirements and expectations
- Create proximity with clients to ensure smooth communication and regular follow-up
- Maintain expertise in processes, equipment, and standards relevant to the industrial sector
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective management of equipment supply and logistics
- Act as an ambassador for the brand on the client site, conveying the company’s values and image
- Identify and choose suitable local suppliers based on the client’s needs and project requirements
- Observe and evaluate how clients are using the products to ensure satisfaction and effectiveness
- Create detailed and accurate quotes based on the needs identified on-site
- Check tools on-site to ensure they are in good condition and compliant with standards
- Gather and address client comments and suggestion and implement necessary corrections
What skills and qualifications are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent field
- Experience in an industrial mechanical environment - (be able to propose appropriate solutions) Experience in aeronautics is preferred
- Proven experience in industrial site management (technical, human and financial scope).
