Facilities Manager
Scallon Controls is searching for a qualified facilities manager to ensure our buildings and grounds are clean and safe. The facilities manager oversees all aspects of building functions and safety of all facilities. Duties include running routine maintenance and safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, maintaining records, and hands on repair and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Building Maintenance : Oversee the repair and maintenance of the facilities’ infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting and safety systems.
- Safety and Compliance : Ensure that facilities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Vendor management : Manage relationships with external vendors / contractors and implement bid processes for larger projects.
- Cleaning and Janitorial Services : Ensure that cleaning and janitorial services meet company standards.
- Emergency response : Coordinate and implement emergency response procedures for natural disasters, fires, and other emergencies.
- Fleet vehicle management : Oversee routine maintenance of fleet vehicles.
Skills and Qualifications :
The ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks such as climb ladders.
