Hiring for a marina manager of a marina in Pocasset, MA. The marina and boatyard has both power and sail boat storage, boat and motor maintenance, hauling and launching and slip and moorings.

Job responsibilities:

-Customer management [emailing, calling, texting customers, responding to work requests, etc.]

-Employee management [scheduling, overseeing quality of work, etc.]

-Work flow management [scheduling jobs, managing work progress, making sure all customer requests are completed on time, etc.]

-Launching boats on a rail system

-Hauling boats on a rail system

-Working on motor repairs and upkeep

-Stepping sailboat masts

-Transporting boats using a hydraulic trailer

Required skills/certifications:

-CDL license

-Hoisting license

-Rail system boat launching experience

-Mast stepping experience

-Outboard motor maintenance experience

-Customer management experience

In the role of Marina Manager, you will oversee operations and ensure efficient management of resources while maintaining high standards of customer service. Reporting to the Operations Director, your core responsibilities will include managing maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and fostering strong customer relationships. Your essential skills in rigging and mechanical knowledge will be vital in executing daily tasks effectively. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
