Job Summary
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team. This role is focused on selling capital food and pet food processing equipment. Many of our OEM partners are European equipment manufacturers with whom we have long-standing relationships. In this role, you will manage and expand our client base within Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and possibly the West Coast regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to analyze market trends to drive growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage our technology offerings.
Our compensation plan is based on a competitive base salary and uncapped bonus potential.

Duties
- Previous sales experience in food and or pet food process equipment
- Strong machinery background
- Travel 50%, sometimes more
- Live in assigned territory
- 3 years of experience working with OEMs, distributors, and distribution channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in your region.
- Conduct warm calls to identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report performance metrics.

- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Excellent account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
