The Job
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a pivotal role in recruiting strategy, technology optimization, and recruitment marketing. Conducts full-life cycle recruiting, to include: sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers through the assessment and selection process.
You Will
Manage full-life cycle recruitment for regional and/or division-specific requisitions. Requisition load to include all position levels.
Develop creative strategies to source, identify, attract and hire top candidates in a timely fashion and share best practices with team members.
Effectively use current and future sourcing tools to identify and connect with passive candidates.
Accurately assess candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, synthesize candidate and hiring manager feedback and routinely pre-close candidates to ensure high acceptance rates.
Act as a business partner by advising hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and collaborate with others throughout the organization to ensure a smooth process that meets required business objectives.
Develop a diverse pipeline of talent for open positions. Engage and build relationships with organizations and sources that will expand the scope and diversity of the candidate pool.
Utilize business acumen to influence key stakeholders, develop trusting relationships and affect business outcomes.
Leverage various information resources, including subject matter experts and data and market intelligence, when advising the business and executing staffing strategies.
Understand and adhere to compliance, diversity and talent acquisition policies and processes.
Collaborate with leaders and other key players to ensure streamlined and positive candidate experience.
Leverage social media to promote SCAN’s culture and opportunities.
Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. A comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent.
- 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, identifying and attracting top talent.
- Effective customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience; including experience sourcing, identifying and attracting top talent.
- Active in the Social Digital and recruitment arena.
- Ability to define and implement research and sourcing strategies for critical positions.
- Healthcare/Managed Care industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies and user groups.
- Possesses initiative, emotional intelligence and a passion for sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels (entry level to executives).
- Possesses a desire for continuous learning and development.
- Ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Able and open to occasional travel to assist with events, and in support of the business.
