The Job
Support SCAN's mission of keeping seniors healthy and independent by supporting marketing and digital analytics that help grow our membership and improve our member experience. In this role, you'll support funnel optimization, improve return on marketing investment, develop measurement frameworks (including for multi-touch attribution), and help quantify the value of digital investments both for members and prospects.
You Will
- Drive analytics to deliver actionable insights that enhance campaign performance, optimize marketing investments, and maximize lead conversion rates, both for digital and non-digital channels
- Translate complex data into strategic insights through advanced analytics tools, statistical techniques, and best-in-class reporting and data visualization to inform decision-making and marketing strategy
- Develop and implement robust media mix models to analyze the effectiveness of various marketing channels
- Support data-driven experimentation, A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve member and prospect experience and reduce friction in customer journeys
- Formulate and test measurable hypotheses to drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with both the analytics and marketing teams to align on the proper tagging strategies and tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior without compromising data privacy or compliance standards
- Implement and maintain best-in-class measurement frameworks, tools, and technologies to optimize marketing spend and conversion efforts
- Develop methodologies for tracking the impact of utilization of our digital estate on member and prospect behavior
- Stay on the cutting edge of marketing analytics, attribution models, and related trends to bring innovative solutions to the team

Your Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing and/or digital analytics, ideally in a healthcare context
- Track record of successful engagement with partners and stakeholders
- Direct experience with Medicare Advantage or other managed care organizations is a strong plus
- Expertise in developing data-driven insights, using advanced measurement techniques, and implementing testing methodologies such as A/B and multivariate testing
- Experience with media mix model development
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and user experience optimization strategies
- Strong familiarity with navigating and complying with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA) to ensure that all marketing analytics and performance measurement activities respect member privacy and data security
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft SSMS, Python, Alteryx, Google Analytics, and dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI; Snowflake and/or Databricks experience preferred
- Experience with CRM and experience management platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, Sitecore)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to provide formal reports for leadership at all levels
- Experience navigating and contributing in a matrix environment, with prior corporate experience preferred
