The Job
The Executive Recruiter will lead full-cycle executive and senior-level recruitment efforts, driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract top-tier leadership talent. This role requires a consultative approach, deep market expertise, and the ability to partner with executive stakeholders to identify, assess, and secure high-caliber candidates who align with SCAN’s business objectives and culture.
You Will
Manage end-to-end executive recruitment, including defining role requirements, sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding. • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive executive talent through direct outreach, networking, market mapping, and industry partnerships.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse executive talent to meet current and future organizational needs.
Utilize advanced research methodologies and sourcing tools to identify and attract industry-leading executives.
Assess candidates holistically, evaluating leadership competencies, cultural alignment, and business impact potential.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and external search partners to drive seamless and effective hiring processes.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging process for executive-level hires.
Leverage social media, thought leadership, and employer branding initiatives to position SCAN as a top destination for executive talent.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in executive recruitment and talent strategy.
Ensure compliance with all talent acquisition policies, diversity objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of full-cycle executive recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, managed care, or a similarly complex industry.
- Proven expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and relationship-driven executive search methodologies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational strategy into effective recruitment solutions.
- Experience advising and influencing senior leaders on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess leadership skills and capabilities.
- Deep understanding of executive compensation structures and negotiation strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred), CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive hiring strategies.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Results oriented, possessing strong desire to exceed assigned objectives.
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong focus on candidate experience.

- Work Mode: Mostly Onsite (In the Long Beach, CA office 2 times a week on Tuesday and Wednesday)
