Data Manager/Outreach WOrker -Full Time Position
HOPES and Texas Home Visiting (THV) Program- Eagle Pass, Maverick Co.
Founded in 1982 in Laredo, Texas, SCAN is a leading provider of social services in South Texas. SCAN offers a friendly and supportive working environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
SCAN's Texas Home Visiting Program is committed to the prevention of child abuse and neglect through education and early intervention in Eagle Pass and Maverick County.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collecting, recording, and submitting participant data.
- Conducting clerical services to support the program.
- Conducting Outreach activities.
- Keeping the Program Director informed of any data collection and reporting concerns.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good data entry skills
- Good written and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a broad range of people.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Resourceful problem solver.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently as well as to be a contributing team member.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365.
Minimum Qualifications:
- An associate degree or 60-plus college credits in business administration or related field required.
- Bilingual (Englis-Spanish) is a plus.
- One year of work experience performing data entry is preferred.
- Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license are required.
