Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated PRN Medication Aide to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to patients and assisting with medication administration.
Must be available for all 3 shifts
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and detailed medication records
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions to medications
- Assist with activities of daily living for patients as needed
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
Skills:
- Experience with medication administration systems
- Knowledge of catheter care
- Previous experience in a medical office or care giving setting
- Familiarity with memory care practices
- Strong patient care skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in assisted living environments
