JOB DUTIES :

• Help write software to run part of an automated instrument used in in-vitro diagnostics. This includes backend and frontend development work.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure automated instrument software implements requirements for software, mechanical, and assay functionality.
• Consult with end users to ensure instrument UI, data storage and data export operate according to medical client needs.
• Work with cybersecurity company to ensure product is not vulnerable to threats.
• Develop and implement a strategy for system updates for automated instrument.
• Write unit and end-to-end system tests to help ensure reliability of automated instrument.
• Perform various software development and experimentation tasks on an as-needed basis to help automate procedures and maintain software for the lab.
