Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technician to suport our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. This role involves assembling, testing, and maintaining various components and systems, ensuring they meet quality standards. The Technician will work closely with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.
Duties
- Assemble and test electronic components and systems according to specifications.
- Perform electrical wiring tasks, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery for assembly and repair tasks.
- Interpret schematics to understand circuit designs and layouts.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, identifying areas for improvement or repair.
- Work with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) technologies, including surface mount technology (SMT).
- Apply IPC 610 standards to ensure quality in soldering and assembly processes.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical wiring preferred.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools, machining processes, and assembly techniques.
- Experience with PCB assembly and surface mount technology is a plus.
- Knowledge of IPC 610 standards is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
