Is looking for an Experienced & Dependable Administrative Assistant
Part Time, Possibly leading to Full-Time responsibilities
In this position you will perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible nature. You will interact with all principals, multiple internal staff, and external customers in support of our Company’s objectives.
Responsibilities for this position:
- Limited Receptionist duties, to include screening telephone calls, and receiving and directing visitors
- Schedule and maintain the corporate calendar of appointments meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements for principals of the company
- Invoicing, using Sage/Peachtree Accounting Program (training will be provided)
- Proposal Writing and RFP response duties (training will be provided)
- Maintain the conference room schedule so that its only used for specific sales related activities
- Answer & screen and verify all visitors sign in before admittance
- Manage and distribute items that come in from 3rd party shippers. Keep track of documentation as well
Requirements:
- Hard-working with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, and pro active
- Effective time management skills
- Strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt procedures and techniques to meet company requirements
- Problem-solving skills in an administrative capacity, as needed
- Ability to work in a team environment but also work and communicate with management to assure company policies are complied
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
