- Demonstrate and model continual learning by staying current on research and best practices in curriculum, instruction, and assessment
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Superintendent and Director of Curriculum and Assessment
- Demonstrated ability of strong interpersonal and leadership skills in a team-based development environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage projects, perform a variety of tasks, adapt to different work environments, and meet sometimes short timelines both independently and in collaboration with others
- Experience using Google Workspace, and other online learning applications
- A Master’s Degree or advanced coursework is preferred
- Preferred 7-10 years of K-12 school teaching or related experience
- Leadership experience is strongly preferred
- Maine certification as a teacher or administrator, or the ability to obtain Maine certification
