Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur in managing both professional and personal responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist in data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files in both digital and physical formats.
- Prepare documents using Google Suite applications, including Google Docs and Sheets, for presentations and reports.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or summaries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records to ensure easy retrieval.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth office operations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
