DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for ensuring that the beverage operations are opened, operated, and closed properly and on time during assigned shift. Ensure all employees are on time, in proper uniform, and following correct service procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One (2) year of experience in the same or similar position preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of direct leadership experience in training staff, assigning work, managing performance, and allocating resources.
Must have thorough knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparations, and presentation.
Must have exceptional customer relation and communication skills.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
