DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the installation and maintenance of the software, hardware and related peripherals while ensuring optimal system performance. Provides hardware and software support for users according to established policies and procedures in a timely, professional, and accurate manner. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Educational skills gained through attainment of an associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education or practical work experience.
Two (2) or more years of experience in the field required.
Must be efficient, organized, and have the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; Must be able to work independently.
Must have excellent communication skills (Verbal and written).
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
