Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience.
- Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling guest accommodations.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Assist with night audit procedures as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guests' stays.
Skills
- Proven experience in guest services or front desk operations within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems for efficient communication.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
