Scarsella Bros., Inc. is a family owned Heavy Highway Construction Company headquartered in Kent, WA. We
are seeking a Job Site Operations Assistant in Easton, WA. The Job Site Operations Assistant provides technical &
administrative information to teams and crews working on the WSDOT I-90 Cabin Creek to West Easton I/C Phase 3 Project.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with day to day operations
Manage and process submittals
Manage and process RFIs
Maintain daily work tickets
Review time cards for accuracy and submittal
Track project quantities
Manage and maintain force account work
Assist with preparing change orders
Track and manage change orders
Document project issues/conditions
Maintain organized and detailed project records
Obtain permits, badges and access requests in advance
Review/code/approve project invoices for payment processing
Assist with coordination of subcontractors
Assist with project schedule and submittal
Assist with safety communication and compliance
Assist Contract Administration with compliance issues as needed
Credentials:
Must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Must have excellent communication and
organization skills. Minimum 2 years experience.

Typical Schedule: M-F On-Site during project work hours
Salary: $30.00 Per Hour
Health Insurance: Employer pays 100% of Employee’s Cost of Insurance. Aetna Insurance Policy; Employee Assistance Program
401K: Employer Sponsored 401K Program; Safe Harbor 3% of Employees Salary after 90 days, plus a match of 1.5% after 1 year.
PTO: May accrue up to 120 hours per year.
Holidays: 7 Days; New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas
