Job Description
We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Line Cooks to join CONRAD'S Eat Drink Local in Kearney, Missouri. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
- Prepare components of each dish on the menu.
- Follow recipes given to maintain consistency.
- Report to the executive and sous chefs and follow instructions.
- Maintain food preparation and storage areas that meet health and safety standards; adhere to sanitation practices.
- Stock inventory and supplies.
- Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Aptitude for multi-tasking.
- Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred.
- Ability to acquire proper certifications required by the County.
- Knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
Benefits:
