Execute end to end process improvement efforts by using Six Sigma / LEAN methodology and Business Process Modeling to conduct current state process analysis, build future state vision and formulate actionable improvement opportunities by partnering with cross-functional teams.Integrate effective change management and training techniques to drive enhanced standardization and alignment across SCCU.Analyzing and interpreting data using statistical techniques to support re-engineering objectivesDesigning and building future state processes and tools to enable scalable and flexible operations by creating new processes or improve existing flow across functional teams making it clearly documented and actionable.
Utilizes key Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence principles to identify opportunities, define and justify projects, launch project teams, manage team activities, track project status, measure results, remove project barriers and develop / train team members.Motivates and directs cross functional teams in applying Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies, planning and implementing product and process improvement activities. Documents key work streams and processes with the appropriate maps, policies, procedures, work instructions, etc. Gains are sustained and replicated across the business. Supports business personnel activities to eliminate 'waste', reduce costs and increase throughput to enable growth.Improves internal and external member experience by building continuous improvement foundation on which SCCU's businesses can perform and grow.Increases team member awareness of processes and tools to deliver better products, services, and experiences for our customers. Drives Lean Six Sigma principles, tools and applications throughout company creating a culture that shares best practices and learns from mistakes.Works with management to identify challenge areas and key gaps within organization for process improvement / waste reduction projects thus building a robust pipeline. Continually challenges the status quo in support of Growth Initiatives.Establish standards for measuring performance against process requirements utilizing formal process engineering tools and methodsEnsure development of metrics that provide data for future improvement opportunitiesStrong product knowledge and a good grasp with an understanding of member expectations and quality of products.Process Engineer I Qualifications
Education and Training :
Bachelor's degree in a Business or Technical discipline required. Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt certification (DMAIC, DFSS or equivalent) preferred.
Prior Experience :
1-3 years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent required demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education. Experience with banking and / or lending operations preferred. Experience in robotics / automation a plus.
Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software. Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel

Standard hours are M - F 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.Salary :
