Scelzi Enterprises builds Premium Work Truck Bodies for farms, ranches, fleets, municipalities, and the building trade industries. Truck bodies are sold through truck dealerships in the Western USA. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts and help drive business growth, including our retail Parts store. We are based in Fresno, Ca, and have additional locations in Tacoma, Denver (LaSalle), Riverside and Shafter, Ca. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
Essential Functions/Position purpose Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Develop and implement B2B marketing plans
- Manage advertising and other promotional activities across multiple channels
- Identify and recommend future marketing opportunities to company leadership
- Collaborate with sales team to support dealer events and other promotional activities
- Content creation for website and collateral materials including blogs, video, and other media
- Manage marketing budget, track performance analytics, and continuously seek to improve marketing and related processes for greater efficiency
- Manage photo and digital asset database
Competencies/Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing skills, including knowledge of current Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques, social media, and AI trends
- Experience managing a team while juggling multiple projects
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- High computer literacy, creativity, and curiosity of emerging marketing techniques
- Experience with lead nurturing, CRM, and marketing automation tools like Hubspot is a Plus
- Writing, design, web development, video editing, and Adobe CC experience also a Plus
Supervisory Responsibility
- Supervise marketing team and be primary contact for external vendors/partners
Work Environment
This job operates in an office environment but requires employees to go out to the shop. Includes exposure to sounds and noise level that are distracting or uncomfortable. May require working outdoors in non-controlled environmental conditions.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift 50lbs. Requires walking, standing and repetitive movement.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days are Monday through Friday from 7:30a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
Preferred Education and Experience
- 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing and B2B
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must pass pre-employment drug test, and physical.
