Summary
Assist the Scheduling Department in processing, updating, and fulfilling information request from internal customers. Scheduling of the job operation under customer orders. Requires production planning with departments such as fabrication, machine, assembly, coating departments etc. Correct large amounts of numerical and written existing data, update and develop new and existing databases. Assist in scheduling work to be released to each department in a timely manner to align with customers satisfaction. #800FS-SCH
Essential Functions

1. Focus on specific manufacturing sources and support for overall operations process.
2. Execute the plans to meet customers required date.
3. Coordinate and work with all involved departments and external customers to exceed the company and clients’ objectives.
4. Develop production plans and scheduling.
5. Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available.
6. Correct and modify inaccurate files and records.
7. Keep all data fields, databases, records and files current.
8. Transfer data from written records via computer.
9. Handle numerical data accurately.
10. Create and organize Excel spreadsheets.
11. Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly.
12. Summarizing and compiling data for standardized reports.
13. Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation.
14. Protect the information and identities of customers/clients.
Qualifications
1. Prior data entry experience – minimum 2-year experience.
2. Proficient computer skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, file documents in cabinets by standing or bending when necessary. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Occasional Saturdays and overtime can be required.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Experience
1. Proficient is MS – Office.
2. Minimum of 40 wpm typing.
3. Manufacturing scheduling experience.

Must pass Scelzi’ s pre-employment drug test, and physical.
