- MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER
- Handle money transactions while keeping the front desk area clean and organized
- Be comfortable with guest’s questions and issues while handling them yourself or escalating to a
manager
- Assist guests with redeeming their tickets for prizes
- Stock and keep redemption area organized
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all current cash policies
- Handle Checking guests ID's
- Selling Alcohol cards to guests
- Communicate daily with team members
- Maintain a safety-focused, top customer service attitude at all times
