Duties

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, ensuring all displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing credit card payments.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking flowers and supplies as needed, utilizing retail math skills to track sales trends.
- Participate in e-commerce initiatives by managing online orders and ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Provide landscape maintenance services as needed, including plant care tasks to enhance outdoor displays.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or as a florist is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
