Scenic Vans is a leading custom campervan rental and manufacturing company based in Sacramento, specializing in high-quality van conversions and rentals. We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Brand Engagement and Guest Services Coordinator. This role will support both the guest services and marketing departments while taking the lead on all company marketing and sales events.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services Duties:
- Greet customers who enter Scenic Vans by ensuring a warm and positive first impression.
- Maintain the lobby atmosphere, including managing TV, music, and light housekeeping.
- Conduct walk-in shop and van tours and facilitate bookings.
- Confirm additional details for existing reservations, including location verification, e-signatures, driver verification, and insurance status.
- Manage the opening and closing of the gated area.
- Perform various operational tasks as needed (e.g., DMV visits, smog checks, gas fill-ups, vehicle drop-offs/pick-ups).
- Assist with rental departures and returns when necessary.
- Support van cleaning efforts to ensure readiness for customers.
Marketing Duties:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas for social media and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve brand visibility and drive company growth and sales.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance across platforms (Meta Business Suite, YouTube, Google, Yelp, etc.).
- Track and manage marketing budgets and performance data to inform decision-making.
- Conduct trend analysis to better understand customer behavior and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support content creation, including photo color grading, filming short videos, and being comfortable on camera when needed.
- Organize and present marketing data to the team and management to facilitate strategic discussions.
- Assist in content planning and execution based on company goals and workload demands.
Event Management Duties:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, with the goal of supporting the sales department of Scenic Vans including:
- Open house events
- Sportsman/outdoor expos
- Home improvement shows
- Van building shows
- Tiny home shows
- Community events
- Any additional relevant events to boost sales and exposure
- Ensure seamless event logistics, marketing strategy, and effective brand representation, with sales driven mindset.
- Ability to do overtime, and overnight for some events that are multiple nights (we provide campervan or hotel lodging).
- Table during events by engaging with attendees and driving interest in Scenic Vans products and services.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to take initiative and contribute new ideas and processes.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in data tracking and reporting.
- Basic content creation skills (photo editing, video filming, and social media proficiency).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take on various responsibilities as needed.
- Comfortability working both independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Previous experience in hospitality, marketing, or sales, event management is preferred.
