Job Summary
The Director of Care Services at Scenic Hills at the Monastery is responsible for managing the healthcare operations of the assisted living facility. This includes overseeing the delivery of care services, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Duties:
- Develop and implement care delivery strategies to meet resident needs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of nursing assistants and other caregivers.
- Collaborate with the Director of Post-Acute Services and/or Director of Health Services to manage clinical services across the campus.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident information.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new referrals.
- Represent the facility at community events and meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
