Job Responsibilities
As an Evening Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Completing nursing admission assessments and baseline care planning for new residents
- Ensuring accurate daily skilled documentation and participating in the development of resident care plans
- Providing written and oral reports/recommendations to clinical leadership
- Scheduling staff and coordinating nursing services with other resident services
- Participating in clinical leadership on-call rotation as required
