Job Responsibilities:
- Complete nursing admission assessments and baseline care planning for new residents
- Conduct functional assessments during required timeframes and ensure accurate documentation
- Participate in developing and implementing resident care plans
- Provide written and oral reports/recommendations to clinical leadership
- Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident services
Schedule Details:
Monday - Friday evening shifts: 1pm-9:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, or 3pm-11:30pm. Clinical leadership on-call rotation as required.
Requirements:
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current, valid state RN license
- Current, valid CPR certification
