- Direct the overall operation of the Food Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Ensure quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
- Organize, evaluate, and direct staff to ensure optimal departmental performance.
Requirements:
- High School/GED required; Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Service Manager certifications necessary.
- 1-3 years of experience in food service management.
