We invite applications for the position of Director of Nursing at Scenic Hills at the Monastery. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate nursing services and other resident services, ensuring we meet the highest standards of care. This includes implementing and maintaining onboarding and orientation for new nurses and participating in facility inspections by authorized government agencies.
- Assist the Discharge Planning Coordinator to ensure smooth discharge for residents.
- Perform daily rounds to observe residents and make sure nurses have what they need to provide great care.
- Monitor medication distribution and treatment schedules to guarantee actions are performed as required.
- Ensure weekend coverage and on-call duties are taken care of.
