Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Health Services Supervisor to join our team at Scenic Hills at the Monastery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the weekend functions of the Nursing Department, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services in planning, organizing, and developing nursing services.
- Coordinate with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
- Supervise and oversee resident care according to assessed resident status and established plan of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
