Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaign & Creative Brief Management:
- Develop and submit creative briefs to the Marketing Services team for various marketing initiatives, including emails, offer campaigns, incentives, tools & resources, events, and social media campaigns
- Oversee the execution of marketing assets to travel advisors, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and trade marketing objectives
- Develop and maintain Trade Marketing activity and content calendar.
- Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion of marketing materials
- Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Manage travel agency marketing plans in the field, coordinating promotion materials and engagement strategies to maximize impact
- Assist in the creation of compelling PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral for the Sales Team
- Maintain and update Travel Advisor tools and resources, ensuring trade partners have access to the latest marketing materials and resources to help sell our brands
- Content Development & Social Media Management:
- Develop and schedule social media posts targeting travel advisors, enhancing engagement and brand awareness
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social campaigns, recommending improvements for increased impact
- Collaborate with internal teams to create email marketing content, selling tools, and presentation materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or related roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) a plus
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with travel advisors or in the travel/hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to grasp new topics quickly and communicate professionally with stakeholder and senior leadership
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work autonomously
- Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to take responsibility and consistently exceed objectives
