Daily responsibilities to include but are not limited to the following:
Assist the Controller with the following:
o Process incoming material
o Input daily a/p invoices and process payments
o Serve as back-up for other areas in the accounting department
o Assist in compiling and reconciling information for other departments
o Learn and manage accounting software program

Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Enter, code and reconcile client and company information
- Pay company bills and keep track of payment due dates
- Proficient in use of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple engagements and complete assignments accurately and timely
- Be able to work well in both a team setting as well as independently
- Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
