Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services
- Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions accurately
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Operate phone systems and manage reservations effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests
- Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit processes, and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hotel systems and software for reservations and guest management
- Knowledge of PEP is a plus, not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
