Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part Time Night Auditor/Part Time Guest Services Agent to join our team.
As a Night Auditor/Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. Responsibilities: - Perform night audit procedures to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and balance revenue - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Run necessary reports and complete end-of-day activities - Ensure the security of the property by monitoring surveillance cameras and performing regular rounds - Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing general information to guests - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred - Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and familiarity with hotel property management systems - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment At our company, we value our employees' contributions and offer competitive benefits packages.
