**Job Description**: As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will assist patients with managing substance abuse, mental health issues, and social service needs. You will work closely with our mental health and primary care providers to create a true healthcare home.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**: A Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is preferred. A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) will be considered. You must have current or eligible for MN License and experience in managing substance abuse.
