Guest Experience Specialist

With a leadership team that boasts over 200 years of combined experience in the vacation rental industry, Scenic Stays is looking to expand our team as we grow our business along the Emerald Coast.

We are currently seeking local, results oriented individuals who are eager to join a fast growing company that is locally owned and operated. We are in search of a highly motivated team member who is comfortable and experienced working onsite vacation rental properties in the Miramar Beach area of Florida. Ideal qualities for each candidate is hospitality driven, adapts easily on the job and seeks a high level of guest and owner satisfaction.

The Guest Experience Specialist is the first point of contact for rental guests and homeowners as they arrive to our property. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service in order to facilitate any assistance our guests and owners may need. That can include: check-in/out service, problem resolution, work order entry, unit and property access controls, limited concierge services, and any other customer service need.

Ideal candidate would be someone who is hospitality driven, punctual and dependable, has a positive attitude, who adapts easily on the job, seeks a high level of guest and owner satisfaction, and able to communicate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Wage: $16 - $18 per hour
