Customer Acquistion and Marketing Manager

About the Role :

Scenthound Houston, TX is seeking a Customer Acquisition and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative and driven individual who is passionate about marketing and customer acquisition in the pet care industry.

Responsibilities :

1. Marketing and Campaign Management :

• Plan and manage online marketing strategies, including budget allocation for social media, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Drive lead generation and implement customer referral programs to grow the client base.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

2. Partnership Development :

• Build relationships with veterinarians, adoption organizations, trainers, and other dog-related businesses.
• Develop collaborations that enhance brand visibility and promote services.

3. Social Media and Content Creation :

• Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, and execute campaigns aligned with the brand voice.
• Track and refine social media performance using analytics tools.
• Write blogs, newsletters, and website content to highlight the benefits of routine dog wellness.

4. Direct Customer Engagement :

• Educate pet parents about services through calls, emails, and in-person outreach.
• Represent the brand at community events and pet-related gatherings.

5. Market Research :

• Identify trends, customer insights, and competitive strategies to inform marketing plans.

6. Program Coordination :

• Organize local events and campaigns to raise awareness and attract new customers.

Requirements :

• Experience in online marketing, lead generation, or customer acquisition preferred.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
