About the Position
The Membership Sales Associate is a key position at Scenthound, focused on selling memberships while providing exceptional service to every customer. This position requires :
Positive, genuine, and passionate - self-motivated, eager to learn, enjoy interacting, helping others and sincerely care about the well-being of dogs and pet parentsPossess exceptional interpersonal skills and are customer service focused with a willingness to deliver above and beyond levels of service as well as eager to seek opportunities to develop and contribute valuablyYou have 1 years of related membership sales franchise experience in a similar roleSales experience and confidence (membership sales is highly valued!)Customer service experience (fitness franchise, membership franchise model or exceptional customer service experience)Computer / Technology proficiencyA passion for dogs and dog health & wellness!Part-time or full-time hours available - ideally minimum of 20 or full-time with 30-40 hours per week.Reliable transportationWillingness to work in a smoke-free environmentMust love all dogs!Responsibilities :
Drive membership sales through health and wellness educationDrive key performance indicators - average ticket price and rebook ratio - through memberships, service add-ons, and retail salesDevelop membership leads; Follow up with potential membersAnswer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and recordsManage cash drawer - responsible for daily cash handlingManage customer expectations; Resolve customer concerns; Retain membershipsEnsure the safety of dogs and team members at all timesAdhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices - keep reception area clean and presentablePerform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter ManagerWho We Are
