We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager / Shopify Expert to join our dynamic direct-to-consumer (DTC) team in Doral, Florida. This pivotal role will focus on developing and executing strategies for product launches, optimizing product pages, and enhancing the overall user experience to drive conversion rates.
The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate closely with developers, leverage data-driven insights, and manage key ecommerce platforms—including Shopify, TikTok Shops, and Amazon Seller Central—to maximize online performance and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy for product launches and pages, ensuring alignment with brand goals and user needs
- Conduct user research and analyze customer behaviour to drive decisions
- Develop and implement A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of design changes, suing insights to refine and enhance user experience
- Monitor key performance metrics related to conversion rates, user engagement, and overall site performance
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating based on input
- Staying up to date with industry trends with design and ecommerce, incorporating best practices into strategies
- Own Shopify and Omni-channel platforms (Amazon and TikTok)
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Ecommerce, CRO, or a related field (preferably in a DTC setting)
- Strong skills in Figma or similar design tools for creating wireframes and prototypes
- Strong knowledge of Shopify; understanding platform functionalities, including theme customization and app integrations
- Strong analytical skills and with experience using data to drive design decisions and improve conversion rates
- Familiary with A/B testing tools (Optimizely or Google Optimize) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
- Experience with project management tools to manage workflows and timelines effectively
- Familiar with Tikok shops and Amazon Seller Central
