Scentral Zone is a dynamic, women-owned startup in Edina, Minnesota, developing clean, all natural personal care products. We’re seeking an Account Executive (B2B Sales Representative) to expand our brand presence across the U.S. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retailer partners, distributors, and key accounts to drive sales growth.
This role is ideal for a proactive and self-motivated individual who's passionate about personal care and beauty products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive revenue and market expansion
- Identify and secure new retail partnerships, distributors, and sales opportunities
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize HubSpot to track and manage leads, analyze sales pipeline, run reports, and manage sales/marketing tasks
- Prepare accurate sales quotes and invoices
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing retail partners to maximize sales
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives and brand awareness
- Communicate with Operations Team on shipping needs and timelines
- Travel as needed for trade shows, meetings, and client visits
- Utilize sales warm-calling techniques and networking to generate new leads, as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, preferably in CPG
- Experience using HubSpot and Cin7 and is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales processes, with a focus on relationship building
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Willingness to travel to trade shows as needed
- Capable of effectively and comfortably speaking before large groups of people
