Let’s get these details out of the way…
- Shift: The permanent shift will be M-F 12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m MST.
- Training Schedule: For the first 5 weeks on the job, your schedule will be 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m MST.
- Pay: $15.50/hour $.75/hour differential (which starts after training)
- Sign-on and stay bonus: $100 your first pay period, $100 after completing the 5-week training period, and $200 after 90 days
- Start date: Monday, June 13, 2022
What does a Customer Service Representative do every day? (Check out the video for an inside look with a real team member!)
You will be answering questions and solving problems for our independent sales consultants and/or customers by:
- Answering 35-45 phone calls per shift
- Responding simultaneously to multiple chat messages; around 40-50 per shift
- Replying to email inquiries
- Providing GREAT customer service!
What should I be able to do to be awesome at this job?
- Work with technology
- Be comfortable using multiple software platforms at one time
- Solve problems and know when to ask for help (if you can’t solve the problem!)
- Be positive and upbeat both over the phone and through written communication
- Not take things personally; sometimes people get upset, but just know that they aren’t upset at you! This is just part of customer service.
