Job Title: eCommerce Customer Service Specialist/ Administrator

Job Summary

The eCommerce Customer Service Specialist/ Admin is responsible for managing the websites' daily operations, including order processing, customer inquiries, and maintaining product listings. The candidate should deliver exceptional customer support to online shoppers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via email, phone, or chat.
• Assist customers with order changes, delivery issues, returns processing, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
• Assist in creating or updating FAQs, help center articles, and other support content.

E-commerce Administrator

• Process online orders for customers across multiple sales channels
• Create and maintain product listings across sales channels like Shopify, eBay etc., ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate incoming shipment delivery.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an eCommerce setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• High school diploma or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media customer support or live chat platforms.
• Knowledge of various fragrances a plus
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
