Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations for our two e-commerce brands and maintaining the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone calls, using Richpanel.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer concerns; report findings to management daily.
- Create purchase orders in Shiphero, including entering product information, pricing, and costing into Shopify.
- Manage the returns process: verify contents, issue refunds per our policy, and ensure proper documentation.
- Oversee and update our eBay store listings.
- Engage with customers on social media (Instagram, Trustpilot, etc.) and review platforms to address inquiries and concerns.
- List return bottles on the VIP section of our website and handle shipping.
- Solve extraordinary customer-related issues across departments.
- Stay proactive in determining customer service requirements by analyzing feedback, visiting operational environments, and benchmarking best practices.
Compensation:
- $18–$23/hour (based on experience)
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field OR a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a related field from a four-year college.
- Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail operations is highly desirable.
