Job Description: Fragrance Filler/Quality Inspector
Position Summary: The Fragrance Filler is responsible for filling, capping, labeling, and packaging fragrance products in accordance with company standards. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and an ability to work with speed and efficiency. The Fragrance Filler ensures that products are filled to the specified volume, accurately labeled, and carefully handled to maintain product quality. Position would require intermediate computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate filling equipment to measure and dispense fragrance liquids into perfume atomizers and containers.
- Ensure each container is filled to the correct volume according to product specifications.
- Secure caps and closures on filled containers accurately and efficiently.
- Affix labels to containers, ensuring proper placement and alignment in accordance with standards.
- Maintain organization in the packaging area and ensure proper product handling to avoid damage.
- Follow safety protocols to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Track and record filled quantities, completed batches, and any discrepancies.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of finished products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment in an assembly role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and consistently.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
