We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Skilled Trade Recruiter to help us find and attract the best talent in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. This is a field-based role where you’ll be at the heart of our recruiting efforts, working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and innovation.

What You’ll Do:
- Find & Hire Top Talent – Identify, attract, and recruit the best-skilled trade professionals in the industry.
- Drive Recruiting Excellence – Own the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we maintain our reputation as the employer of choice in home services.
- Be a Culture Champion – Represent Schaal’s values and exceptional team culture in every interaction.
- Manage a High-Volume Pipeline – Work efficiently to fill multiple roles in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.
- Collaborate & Communicate – Partner with leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Leverage Technology – Utilize Microsoft Office and recruiting tools to streamline and enhance hiring processes.
- Adapt & Grow – Stay flexible to changing work conditions, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Participate in Training & Development – Stay ahead of industry trends and sharpen your skills with ongoing education.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Matters – 7 years of experience as a Skilled Trade Recruiter, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical contracting.
- Industry Knowledge – Understanding of home services recruiting and the skilled trades workforce.
- Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruiting tools.
- Strong Communicator – Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with candidates and leadership.
- High-Energy & Driven – A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility & Adaptability – Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and work conditions.
- Professionalism – Maintain a clean, polished, and professional presence while representing the company.
- Bilingual (a Plus!) – Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
