Job Summary:

The Warehouse worker plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the company's supply chain. This role supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse efficiency. Working as part of a team, the warehouse worker helps maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment, contributing to timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pick and verify finished goods based on outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Stage and load outgoing shipments onto trucks or pallets according to schedule and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Operate forklift and other equipment to move and load outbound materials.
• Maintain accurate shipping records in shipping logs.
• Inspect outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping area and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support inventory control by updating stock levels after shipments and assisting with cycle counts.
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to prioritize urgent or high-volume shipments.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail
• Time Management
• Must be able to follow directions and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be able to read a tape measurer.
• Ability to complete required paperwork accurately.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience required
• Prior inventory experience required

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing or sitting
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
