Your Key Responsibilities
The successful co-op student will be provided with a project charter and description during their onboarding process. The co-op will provide key deliverables in their assigned area at the end of their co-op assignment..
Project examples can include but are not limited to :
- Define and document process parameters
- Support design efforts for product development
- Quantify and lead actions needed for scrap reduction
- Improve effectiveness and efficiency of key machinery in high volume work areas
- Learn, understand, and adhere to the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to the achievement of quality objectives
- Get insights into Schaeffler's manufacturing, design and technological processes
