Your Key Responsibilities
- Sets and ensures achievement of commercial and P L objectives for OES Americas.
- Maintain accurate regional revenue forecasts and sensitivity analysis by providing analytical and thoughtful information in a data driven environment.
- Manage and monitor the sales process of business acquisition, customer inquiry processing, negotiation of terms and conditions, contract closing for delivery and general contracts and order processing.
- Negotiate pricing and other important matters for OES (quality, delivery, and timing).
- Coordinate / manage ongoing supplier changes in addition to internal product & location change(s) within OES customer base.
- Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork, drive team excellence and talent retention
